£12,500.00 – Cannondale SuperSix EVO LAB71 Disc Road Bike

Cannondale SuperSix EVO LAB71 Disc Road Bike Cannondale’s LAB71 division exudes elegance and sits at the pinnacle of the brand’s range. This LAB71 SuperSix EVO Disc Road Bike is a true dream machine, using the lightest, most advanced materials, the highest quality components, and illustrates the marrying of engineering and style perfectly. Designed to satisfy the needs of the most demanding riders and racers, those for whom compromise is not an option, every small detail has been considered to create the best of the best.  Superlight SuperSix EVO LAB71 The latest generation of LAB71 SuperSix EVOs are not only incredibly light, they’re some of the fastest light bikes out there, with precision engineered tubes and the frame, fork, bars, wheels and seatpost developed as a whole, resulting in a 12 watt saving at 45kph compared to the previous iteration. SuperSix EVO LAB71 has a Series 0 construction using a special carbon fibre and nano-resin layup for exceptional strength and stiffness. In fact, the frame alone in a size 56cm weighs a mind-blowing 770 grams. Stable yet agile, the handling is sublime, and intuitive for excellent control when riding at your limit. A SystemBar R-One stem and handlebar by MOMODesign balances comfort and aerodynamics with drag-reducing shapes and sleek cable integration. The Delta steerer further improves the aesthetic and aerodynamics, taking the cables from the cockpit down into the SuperSix EVO LAB71 frameset while shrinking the headtube’s frontal area for reduced drag. Cannondale has introduced a threaded BSA bottom bracket standard for simplicity and reliability. Cannondale LAB71 Components Shimano’s top-level electronic groupset takes care of shifting and braking. A mid-compact, Dura-Ace Di2 12-speed setup brings a wide gear range and precise shifting, while the hydraulic disc brakes are powerful in all conditions. The carbon seatpost has been refined and is now narrower, meaning the Di2 battery now sits in the bottom of the downtube. It’s accessed via an easy to remove cap under the bottom bracket, for quick access without removing the cranks.  Hollowgram R-SL 50 Wheelset and Continental Grand Prix 5000 25mm tyres make an excellent pairing. These wheels are claimed to be some of the fastest all-rounders ever developed, with 50mm deep carbon rims, bladed spokes and DT Swiss 240 EXP rear hub internals. Even hydration was considered when designing the new SuperSix EVO, and ReGrip Aero cages and Gripper Aero bottles are included. Their use actually enhances the streamlined profile, but the cages work with nearly any standard bottle too. The Cannondale LAB71 SuperSix frameset is also available at Sigma Sports.  Learn more about Cannondale’s LAB71 Division LAB71 SuperSix EVO Highlights LAB71 SuperSix EVO Series 0 frame construction uses a special carbon fibre and nano-resin layup for exceptional strength and stiffness LAB71 SuperSix EVO Ultralight carbon fork Refined, neutral racing geometry Threaded BSA bottom bracket SystemBar R-One by MOMODesign – aerodynamics meets comfortable control Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 2×12-speed drivetrain and hydraulic disc brakes Hollowgram R-SL 50 Wheelset is claimed to be one of the fastest all-around race wheelsets in the world Continental Grand Prix 5000 25mm tyres 30mm tyre clearance
