Specialized S-Works Aethos RED eTap AXS 12-Speed Disc Road Bike 2022
Pairing a FACT 12r carbon frameset with SRAM's electronic RED eTap AXS components and Roval's lightest Alpinist CLX wheels, the Specialized S-Works Aethos RED eTap AXS 12-Speed Disc Road Bike breaks the UCI's lower weight limit. It's a bike that is engineered to create the perfect ride, in terms of both performance and comfort. 588 grams frame only in a size 56, and not much over 6kg for the full build, the updated tubes and carbon layup minimise material without compromising stiffness and stability.
The geometry and ride feel created are taken from the Tarmac SL7, so the Aethos will feel responsive and lively, with an aggressive feel. Rider-First Engineered™ design ensures that the benefits are equal across the range of sizes.
The perfect complement to a bike of this calibre, SRAM's flagship RED eTap 12-speed components take care of shifting and braking. Moving between cogs is incredibly smooth and precise and the stopping power is equally as effective on wet and dry roads alike. A crank-based power meter is included, allowing you to get an insight into your outputs. Roval Alpinist CLX wheels are not only the lightest in the range, but they're also stiff and smooth-rolling, with the Turbo Cotton tyres significantly contributing to the incredible ride feel.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
