Speed with control and comfort; BMC's Roadmachine 01 FOUR Disc Road Bike has been designed to take on long, demanding rides across varied terrain.
BMC’s Tuned Compliance Concept Endurance is the technology that allows the carbon frame to be plenty stiff enough around the drivetrain to provide extremely effective power transfer, but sufficiently compliant elsewhere to make full-day rides comfortable and enjoyable. This philosophy extends to the D-shaped carbon seatpost that brings further comfort to the bike and helps iron out road buzz.
The ICS2 (Integrated Cockpit System) is a neat design that combines the clean looks and low drag of a one-piece design with the convenience of a separate handlebar and stem, allowing for easier adjustments. It also includes a mount for most commonly used GPS devices. This attention to detail is also reflected in the very tidy seatpost clamp that is virtually invisible.
Light, tubeless-ready carbon wheels with a depth of 35mm are ideal for varied parcours, with a blunt profile for some aerodynamic advantage without adversely affecting handling in windy conditions. Should the roads be particularly badly surfaced or more comfort required, then the clearance for 33mm tyres will be very welcome.
SRAM’s Force eTap AXS groupset combines responsive, reliable hydraulic disc brakes with fully wireless shifting that gives near-instantaneous gear changes at a touch of the lever. The ratios offered are perfect for hilly routes, with a wide range, 12-speed 10-36 tooth cassette and 46/33 chainset giving a nide, easy climbing gear.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
