BMC Roadmachine 01 THREE Disc Road Bike 2022
The BMC Roadmachine 01 THREE Disc Disc Road Bike is a fantastically versatile option, capable of mixing it with the fast group on the Sunday chaingang as well as being right at home six hours into an epic sportive on quiet lanes.
The premium carbon has received BMC’s Tuned Compliance Concept Endurance layup that adds a little more compliance than their top race machines, but still retains a stiff bottom bracket area for good power transfer. The D-shaped carbon seatpost also helps improve comfort over long distances and the frame and fork have clearance for tyres up to 33mm wide if still more cushioning is needed.
DT Swiss’ tubeless-ready ERC 1400 DICUT carbon wheelset has 45mm deep rims for a distinct aero advantage over shallower wheels and the premium 240 hubs add smooth rolling and easy maintenance into the equation. The rear hub benefits from DT Swiss’ 36 tooth ratchet design which is both reliable and durable, with very quick pick up for instant accelerations.
Now semi-wireless and with a 12-speed cassette, Shimano’s latest Ultegra Di2 groupset takes care of both the braking and the shifting, offering superlative performance in both departments. Servo Wave technology, borrowed from mountain biking, gives greater pad clearance along with more power and better control at the lever whilst the shifting is quicker than ever no matter what load is on the drivetrain. With an 11-34 cassette and a 50/34 chainset, the ratios on offer suit the bike's long-distance aspirations, offering plenty of options when the road gets steep of the day has been tough. The wireless connectivity enables the system to be paired with a GPS computer or smartphone for added metrics and function customisation.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
